Cancellation / change in reservation

1-3 rooms: Cancellation / changes must be made by 12 noon one day prior to arrival to avoid charges.

4-9 rooms: Cancellation/ changes for all rooms must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival to avoid charges. Adjustments of up to 3 rooms can be made by 6pm one day prior to arrival.

10+ rooms: Terms and additions appears under group reservations.

Different rules apply for different rates, please check the cancellation and guarantee policies for details applicable to your booking.

If necessary to cancel after deadline, he/she must contact the insurance company or credit card company with which cancellation insurance has been taken out to organise a refund.

Guarantee for reservations

Arrivals after 6pm must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Reservations and prices

Agreed upon prices are binding for both parties. The prices are given on the background of todays tax regulations. We hold the right to make adjustments to prices in accordance to increased expenses when purchasing of goods and services, increased taxes and charges or other circumstances beyond the hotels control.
Minimum age to book a hotel room at Hotel Ullensvang is 18 years old.

Payment

Payment is to be made upon departure, if not otherwise agreed. Bank/ credit card will be authorised upon arrival as a guarantee of payment.

Credit card charges

Hotel Ullensvang accepts payment from the following credit card companies: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and Eurocard.

Force majeure

Events out with the control of the parties- for example- strike, lockout, fire etc. which makes it impossible to meet up to the obligations in this agreement- gives the right to terminate the contract without liability.

Disputes

All disputes that may arise between the parties regarding this agreement or any other reason, between guests and Hotel Ullensvang, shall be processed according to the Norwegian law.
