Restaurant Ullensvang is our main restaurant. Our main focus is Norwegian produce with a distinctly international take. Our key occasion is dinner – the magnificent 3-course menu can be found at the hotel’s front desk. With a vibrant, ever-changing homemade menu (choose from meat, fish or vegetarian options on request), up to 300 guests are spoilt for choice every night. In addition to Spisesalen, there are two smaller dining rooms – Komponisten (Grieg’s dining room), and equally delectable, Meteorologen (cabinet minister Nils Hertzberg’s dining room), – bringing the total capacity to 420.
Whatever the time of day, you’ll never feel peckish or parched thanks to our small lobby bar next to the hotel reception. Open from 08.00 to 22.00.
Main Hotel Bar
The hotel's main bar can be found on the first floor. It offers a vast variety of drinks, and of course, one of the largest offerings of Hardanger cider you’re ever likely to find. Our cider is the pride and joy of Hardanger. There’s good music too, space to dance and booths to relax in.
