Breakfast
Start the day in a wonderful way
When staying with us, breakfast is always included, so you can start the day with fine flavours and crisp colours
Breakfast is served buffet style* and consists of both hot and cold options. We have freshly baked bread and pastry, fruits and vegetables as well as a selection of free from allergy friendly foods and ecological products. Go for a continental selection, or fill up on classics like eggs and bacon, either way, breakfast starts the day.

Monday - Saturday: 07:00 am - 10:00 am.
Sunday: 07:00 am - 10:30 am.
Lunch
The most important break of the day
For larger groups, we serve lunch in the restaurant. As a standard, we serve Today's Special, our 2 course lunch option. For larger groups, a lunch buffet might be provided instead.

Groups can pre-order lunch to be served between 12:00 noon and 17:00 (5 p.m)

We also serve á la carte lunch between 13:00 (1 p.m) - 17:00 (5 p.m) daily in our Fjord Bar & Lounge.
Dinner

The restaurant serves dinner every day, for any and all occasions, for those who are peckish or very hungry, for the little ones and everyone else.
In the summer months (from the 1st of May to the 1st of October), the dinner is served buffet style, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, made with seasonal ingredients. There is also a scrumptious dessert table that tempts you in for more than just 1 visit.
During the winter months (from the 1st of October to the 30th of April) we usually serve a 3 course á la carte menu mid-week (not for groups over 10). During the weekends (Friday and Saturday) we will continue to serve buffet, but please note that there may be some exceptions.

Chambre Séparée
For the extra special occasions
In addition to Restaurant Ullensvang, we have 2 function rooms that are specifically designed to host private events.
Our function spaces Komponisten and Meteorologen are located next to the restaurant, and are perfect for parties, excellent for events and just the right fit for groups of many sizes. The rooms individually has a capacity of 60 and 20, but the dividing wall can be removed, allowing for seating up to 100 people.
