Go BIG. It’s your big day after all
There are few backdrops in the world that come close to the scenic splendour that Norway offers. The region od Hardangerfjord is blessed with a pristine, white sheet, made purely from apple blossom.
Naturally, there are possibilities for just about any ‘big day’ gatherings at Hotel Ullensvang. Even our function suites that cater for 10 to 100 people can be tweaked. At least slightly – what we do, we do for you, exclusively.
We can even help arrange your wedding ceremony in the quaint stone church made famous in Tidemand and Gude’s wonderful painting of the ‘Bridal Procession on the Hardangerfjord’ – a setting of pure perfection for the most special day in your life. Weddings can also be arranged on the small garden island, in the hotel gardens or the charming hotel tower.

Yes, we admit it – we’re as excited as you are. Perhaps not quite as nervous – but that’s a good thing! Whether you’re setting the date time-ish, stuck for a theme, need help with a colour scheme, what to eat…? Sure, there’s a lot to think about – but simply use your head, get in touch and we’ll do the legwork. Then, we know it sounds absurd, but just relax – let us take care of everything, including the ‘I do’ bit of course.
